Program description. KIT POS sends text messages to merchants, prospective merchants, and partners who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to our services: replies to your inquiries, onboarding and account setup, installation and appointment scheduling, equipment shipping, technical support, and service notifications about your KIT POS system.

How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages from KIT POS when you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, provide your mobile number to our team on a merchant application or during a call and agree to be texted, or text us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and your conversations with our team.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (you may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). After you send STOP we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or ask our team to re-enable messages.
